4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Lifetime Ninja: One-time payment for lifetime access to all features

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service. Subscription prices may change with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for the remaining period.

Lifetime purchases: Are non-refundable after 14 days of purchase, except where required by applicable law. Within the 14-day window, refund requests can be submitted to our support email.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service or desktop application
Attempt to bypass usage limits, license checks, or security measures
Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written consent
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI language models (including OpenAI's GPT and Google's Gemini) to generate interview answers, evaluations, and suggestions. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated suggestions in interviews
We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in job offers or positive interview outcomes
AI responses are generated in real-time and may vary between sessions
The quality of AI responses depends on the context and information you provide

8. User Responsibility & Ethical Use

You acknowledge that the use of interview assistance tools may be subject to the policies of companies where you are interviewing. It is your sole responsibility to:

Understand and comply with the interview policies of any company you interview with
Use the Service ethically and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
Accept all consequences of your decision to use or not use the Service during interviews

We are not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to job rejection, disqualification, or other professional consequences.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, algorithms, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of The Interview Ninja and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial interview preparation purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE INTERVIEW NINJA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

12. Service Availability
